New Crocs HQ Positions Company for Growth
June 24, 2020
Iconic casual footwear manufacturer Crocs Inc., announced today the opening of its brand new state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in Broomfield, and the timing could not be better for Colorado’s economy. The approximately 90,000-square-foot facility will allow Crocs to significantly expand its ability to hire more full-time employees.
The company has moved from its previous location of more than 16 years, in neighboring Niwot, to a new workspace at Ektin Johnson Real Estate Partners’ ATRIA, a 176,586-square-foot speculative Class A corporate campus on 15.46 acres in Broomfield.
“The Niwot community played a big part in helping our company grow,” said Shannon Sisler, Crocs SVP & chief people officer. “Our new workspace will allow us to continue attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry.”
Designed and built to put employee needs front and center, Colorado-based companies i2 Construction, Venture Architecture, OfficeScapes and JLL Denver, welcomed the chance to collaborate on such a high profile project.
