More than a decade after completing KSL Capital’s Denver headquarters, we were invited back to reimagine key spaces for the firm’s next chapter. Rather than expanding the footprint, the refresh focused on making the existing office work harder for today’s culture and patterns of collaboration.

The transformation centered on a strategic exchange of the conference room and break room, placing hospitality, connection, and everyday interaction in a more prominent location while creating a conference environment better suited for focused meetings and client presentations.

The refreshed spaces honor the character of the original design while introducing a renewed sense of warmth, flexibility, and functionality. Custom millwork, integrated technology, refined material selections, and hospitality-inspired details create an environment that supports both focused work and meaningful connection.

Great workplaces are never static. As organizations evolve, their environments should evolve with them. This project reflects Venture Architecture’s commitment to designing spaces that not only stand the test of time, but continue to adapt to the people who use them every day.
