Double Creek is a 228 unit multifamily community currently in design, positioned as the residential heart of a larger master plan that brings retail, park space, and a new K-8 school together in one walkable district. Nine three story buildings frame a central amenity courtyard with a pool, sun lawn, and clubhouse, while an agrarian architectural language of gabled forms, board and batten siding, and warm wood accents ties the community to the  character of the surrounding development. A mix of one and two bedroom homes and 479 parking spaces, including private garages, round out the plan.
