Fleet Data occupies a new office on Mercer Island, Washington, designed for a company that operates as a subsidiary of Tract Capital. Because the two share an identity, the space had to read as part of the same family: the palette, detailing, and lighting language carry directly over from the Tract Capital project, while the plan itself responds to how Fleet works day to day. Warm wood ceilings, blackened steel framed glazing, deep oxidized accent walls, and sculptural lighting give the office a consistent character from the front door through to the boardroom.
