Our team was challenged by the client to create a one-of-a-kind concept that reflected the company’s unique approach. The new space celebrated their status as one of the world’s most respected travel and leisure investors. In addition to highly functional spaces with beautifully finished, height-adjustable tables, we wove in huddle, teaming, and relax spaces that both fit their culture and better supported the long and intense hours their team works. It blends a sense of refinement with a custom artistic flair across a two-story, 25,000 sf space at the top of Cherry Creek North’s brand-new First Bank Building. The design, including a new interior stair, feels distinctive to Denver while supporting their global brand.
