Our team was challenged to translate Yes Energy’s distinctive brand and culture into a workplace that felt both highly functional and uniquely theirs. The design uses the company’s signature blue as a defining element, most notably across a custom acoustic spray ceiling, while a recurring triangular motif drawn from the brand identity appears throughout wall tile, ceiling clouds, and felt graphics to create a cohesive visual language.

The workplace balances open collaboration with spaces for focused work, using strategically placed whiteboards and a variety of meeting settings to support different work styles. Workstations line the perimeter to take advantage of natural daylight, while private offices are positioned inboard. Warm wood tones, integrated planting, and reconfigurable furnishings bring a sense of warmth and flexibility to the space, while custom element ,including a gathering table and salvaged vault door, connect the workplace to the company’s history. A collection of employee pet portraits adds a personal touch, reinforcing the culture and personality that make Yes Energy unique.
