Team Project Tour Day

August 31, 2022

Last Friday, the Venture team toured three of our recent projects around the Denver Metro Area. We had a great time re-connecting with clients and seeing how each of our projects is performing. Being able to learn from our clients about their spaces and also see how our exploration minded, client-centric design process creates meaningful spaces unique to each company’s culture was truly special.

First up was the Crocs’ current headquarters in Broomfield that we designed and where the company has resided since 2020.

Crocs, a Venture Architecture Project

After touring Crocs’ current headquarters, we pivoted to walk the construction site of Crocs’ new headquarters, which we also designed. After it’s completed, this culture-driven, 190,000-square-foot office will provide Crocs’ carefully growing team with more space, focused on the success of their team and the products they bring into the world.

Following the tour of Croc’s new headquarters, it was off to Open Table’s Support Hub in Centennial, but not before we enjoyed a great lunch at The Grange Food Hall.

Last but not least, we visited The International School of Denver (ISDenver), to see the first stage in the Master Plan we created; the Mary Louise Evans building. That new facility is entering its second year and it was great to see how well it serves ISDenver’s school and community.

To round out the day, we debriefed together for happy hour at Lowry Beer Garden, debating movies, phobias, and the depths of Martin’s mobile phone usage.
