Our team was challenged by the client to create a one-of-a-kind concept that reflected the company’s unique approach.  The new space celebrated their status as one of the world’s most respected travel and leisure investors. In addition to highly functional spaces with beautifully finished, height-adjustable tables, we wove in huddle, teaming, and relax spaces that both fit their culture and better supported the long and intense hours their team works. It blends a sense of refinement with a custom artistic flair across a two-story, 25,000 sf space at the top of Cherry Creek North’s brand-new First Bank Building.  The design, including a new interior stair, feels distinctive to Denver while supporting their global brand.

Omnia Learning Center

Omnia Learning Center

Located in evolving Sun Valley neighborhood of Denver, Omnia is a progressive school that aims to bridge the gap between student, faculty and the educational community. These goals are reflected in a flexible design for their 40,000 sf, 6-12th grade progressive school. The design supports its drive toward strong collaboration at all levels with a variety of comfortable, nurturing environments in which to gather, discover and discuss. In addition to a light-filled central stair, Venture designed open and highly adaptable classrooms that can be easily and quickly reconfigured. This concept allows the school to react and adjust as it hones its approach to educating its students.

Inspirato

Inspirato is a private travel club providing members access to a curated collection of luxury vacation points. For their Denver headquarters, they needed to accommodate a fair amount of growth, but sought to maintain the aggressive, scrappy, eclectic, startup culture that built the company. Having selected four and a half floors in Denver’s historic and iconic Sugar Building and a brand new, attached “slot’ building, the setting was ideal, but presented numerous, complicated challenges. Incorporating old vaults, exposed ceilings, and existing wall scars into the concept, the completed space serves their various teams and reflects their culture for the distant future.

Alterra Mountain Company (formerly Intra-west) owns and operates numerous four-season mountain resorts. They approached Venture to craft a new 40,000, two story headquarters space, including a new interior stair. The space reflected a honored the natural environment that was also representative of their forward-thinking culture and urban, RiNo location in Zeppelin Station. We captured their love of the mountains and passion for outdoor adventure, delivering a concept that solves their functional needs and reveals an authentic experience for their culture.

Targeting entry level owners, this condominium project was highly schedule sensitive. The design team working as closely as possible with the local regulatory agencies, the owner, and the construction team to ensure a timely delivery. This pair of buildings borders an adjacent park and offers a modern Colorado feel for largely younger, first time home owners.

This Venture-designed penthouse space at One Lincoln Park in downtown Denver down is a celebration of art, nature and urban living. With its high-gloss, bold red cabinets, the custom Pedini kitchen is the heart of the home. As the central point of the design, this space offers expansive city and mountain views. Clean lines, a neutral palette and innovative architectural components throughout the rest of the home are designed to provide the perfect backdrop to showcase a portion of the owner’s extensive local modern art collection. Working closely with CBM Contractors Inc, this project serves as a centerpiece of our client’s impressive real estate portfolio.

HI40 FLATS

HI40 Flats from Venture Architecture in Denver, Colorado

HI40 Flats

This 100-unit, five story apartment building is slated for completion in 2021. Designed to appeal to young, urban professionals, it features suites and amenities that are geared to their Colorado lifestyle. This includes large closet spaces inside each unit that were crafted for easy storage and care of their outdoor gear. Harnessing views of the mountains and city, this new multi-family project’s exterior concept will help revitalize and bring vibrant, dynamic design to this center city neighborhood
