LG Ad Solutions

LG Ad Solutions

We were thrilled to partner with LG Ads on a space that had to work as hard as their team. At 7,663 SF with just three months of design and five months of construction, every decision needed to count.

Before a single line was drawn, we invested time understanding LG Ads — their rhythms, needs, and culture. What emerged was a clear picture: a team that thrives in focused solitude just as much as in open, spontaneous collaboration.

Every square foot earned its place. Heads-down focus areas provide quiet retreat for deep work, open collaboration zones invite the energy exchange that drives creative problem-solving, a dedicated lab supports hands-on testing, and a social hub makes the office feel less like a mandate and more like a destination.

High School Addition

Classical High School Addition Concept

This concept entails the expansion of an existing middle school campus with the construction of a new two-story, 58,000-square-foot addition. The new facility will feature classrooms, state-of-the-art gymnasium, fully equipped locker rooms, and a versatile presentation theater to support both educational and extracurricular activities.

Designed in the timeless Jeffersonian architectural style, the addition will incorporate classical design elements such as symmetrical layouts, brick facades, columned entrances, and traditional detailing to harmonize with the school’s existing aesthetic while elevating its visual presence. The design pays homage to the principles of Thomas Jefferson’s architectural legacy, blending functionality with elegance to create an inspiring environment for students and staff.

Concept – HS Gym Addition

High School Gym & Classroom Addition - Concept Design

Venture explored and created an Upper School Concept for a prospective client. It involved the selective demolition of an existing portion of the building to make way for a new 20,000-square-foot addition. The new construction would house a state-of-the-art gymnasium, modern locker room facilities, and flexible classroom spaces designed to support both academic and athletic programming as well as a roof top community space with mountain views. The addition is strategically planned to enhance the overall functionality of the building while improving circulation and integrating seamlessly with the existing structure. The design prioritizes durability, accessibility, and sustainability, creating a dynamic environment that supports the evolving needs of students and staff.
