A well-known multidisciplinary consulting firm, Felsburg, Holt & Ullveg enlisted Venture to reimagine their existing space in an effort to create a more efficient and desirable workplace. With this in mind, special attention was given to the two-story suite as we worked with our client to ensure both stories were well integrated in order to encourage purposeful and intentional connections among staff members. Venture thoughtfully studied the layout of different spaces and employed a consistent palette of warm, natural materials and furniture, as well as bringing the outside in, in an effort to better foster collaboration within the office.

Crocs opens global HQ in Broomfield

National shoe brand Crocs leased a large office facility in Broomfield and opened its new global headquarters there following COVID-19.
Earlier this year, Crocs signed a 10-year lease at one of the buildings at Etkin Johnson’s Atria, a 176,586-square-foot, two-building office campus development. The shoe brand relocated its global headquarters from Niwot and opened its new Broomfield location in late June.
The approximately 90,000-sf office facility at 13601 Via Varra Road will accommodate the headquarters’ current 375 employees. According to a company press release, despite a downsize of approximately 8,000 sf, Crocs plans to hire additional staff, since it expects to have a larger hire pool with people able to commute from metro Denver and Boulder.
